Where to Find SanBCreative This Month
Share
February is one of those rare months where my art has decided to get out of the house. I have work on view in two local exhibitions across the Triangle, including Living in Color with the Raleigh Film and Art Festival in Raleigh and Au at Golden Belt Arts in Durham. If you’re the kind of person who likes to see brushstrokes up close, linger a little, and let a piece quietly tap you on the shoulder, this month gives you a few good chances to do just that.
Here’s what’s happening.

Two February Exhibitions
Living in Color
Raleigh Film and Art Festival Exhibition
📍 Dix Chapel, 1030 Richardson Dr, Raleigh, NC 27603
🗓 February 1–28
Saturday & Sunday: 12-5pm
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 11-3pm
This exhibition celebrates color, expression, and storytelling across mediums. My piece Blue Ridge Sunset is part of this show, which feels especially meaningful. It’s rooted in my love for the Blue Ridge Mountains, expansive skies, and the quiet grounding that nature gives me.
If you’re local to Raleigh, this is a beautiful show to wander through slowly. Let the color do what it does best.

Au
Golden Belt Arts Community Exhibition
📍 Golden Belt Arts, 800 Taylor St, Durham, NC 27701
🗓 February 1–28
10am - 7pm, everyday
Au is Golden Belt’s open community show, bringing together artists from all backgrounds and styles. I love the energy of this exhibit. It’s diverse, creative, and deeply local.
If you’re planning to attend Durham’s Third Friday, this is a great stop. My work is on view all month, and the space really comes alive during the evening events.

A Quiet Thank You
Showing up with my art, especially during heavy times, is not something I take lightly. If you come out to a show, share my work, or simply follow along, that support matters more than you know.
If you can’t make it in person, you can always explore my work here on sanbcreative.com. And if something speaks to you from an exhibit, feel free to reach out.
Hope to see you out there this month. 💙
