Handmade Artwork

All pieces from SanBCreative are handmade, original works of art. Due to the unique nature of each item, returns and refunds are not accepted. Please review product descriptions and photos carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage so I can help resolve the issue through a replacement or claim with the shipping carrier.

Color and Texture Variations

Each piece is created by hand, and slight variations in color, texture, or finish are part of the artwork’s character. These are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.
