Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. During busy seasons or art events, processing times may take a little longer, but I’ll always keep you updated.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. Domestic orders within the U.S. typically arrive within 5–10 business days after shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

At this time, SanBCreative ships within the United States only.

Packaging

Each order is packed with care using eco-friendly or recycled materials whenever possible. Prints and smaller originals are shipped flat or in protective sleeves; larger works may ship in sturdy tubes or boxes for safety.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos (if applicable). I’ll help resolve the issue through a replacement or carrier claim.
